2026: The Year of the Fire Horse

2026: The Year of the Fire Horse is a rare and powerful event in the Chinese zodiac, occurring once every 60 years and last seen in 1966. It combines the dynamic energy of the Horse with the intense, passionate force of Fire, symbolizing bold action, transformation & unstoppable momentum.

2026: The Year of the Fire Horse – Energy, Transformation & Momentum

This year is expected to bring rapid change, heightened ambition and a strong drive for progress; but also potential volatility and stress if not managed with balance and intention.

  • The Fire Horse year is associated with the element of Fire, which governs vitality, circulation, emotional warmth and conscious awareness in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It’s linked to the Heart, Small Intestine, Pericardium and Triple Burner organ systems. The Triple Burner, known as San Jiao. It’s considered a Yang organ and one of the extraordinary organs in TCM, characterised by abstract function and less tangible form. The Triple Burner is conceptualised as a body cavity that holds all internal organs and ensures their harmonious and coordinated function, acting as a metabolic coordinator.

  • The Horse represents independence, movement, endurance, and purposeful momentum, historically vital for transportation, agriculture, and communication.is a functional system rather than a physical organ, and it plays a central role in coordinating the body’s metabolic and energetic processes.

  • The combination of Fire and Horse amplifies intensity, speed, and transformation, creating a year that rewards clarity, resilience, and intentional action while exposing imbalances quickly.

  • This year is expected to be marked by energetic, expressive, and driven emotions, with a strong push against stagnation and a tendency toward quick action and reaction.

  • While the year offers opportunities for breakthroughs, innovation, and personal growth—such as taking risks, launching new careers, or expanding social circles—it also carries risks of impulsiveness, burnout, and emotional intensity if energy is not regulated.

  • Holistic health practices such as Acupuncture, Breathwork, Meditation, Somatic Release Practices, Energy Healing, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and circadian-aligned routines are recommended to support Nervous System Regulation and prevent burnout during this high-yang cycle.

  • Yang is associated with:

    • Function and energy (vs. Yin’s substance and structure)

    • Heat and metabolism

    • Daytime and summer

    • Masculine or active principles

In the body, Yang governs processes like transformation, movement, and protection; such as the body’s defence against external pathogens (known as Wei Qi or Defensive Qi, a Yang function). Each organ has a Yang aspect; for example, the Small Intestine, Stomach and Bladder are classified as Yang organs due to their roles in transformation and elimination.

Balance between Yin and Yang is essential for health; an excess or deficiency of Yang can lead to conditions like fever, restlessness, or inflammation.

This year on the Global Scale is going to bring even more truth about the Manipulation, lies and deceptions those in power have used to suppress and control us. The Yang Energy is going to be formidable and truly create transparency they will not be able to run from. Brace yourselves for uncomfortable truths to come to light over the next 2-3 years. This year! – The Firehorse year is going to be a doozy! Buckle up my beautiful community… Be prepared for some challenging times ahead – patience will win out for those who practice and cultivate it.

At the same time, 2026 invites us to deepen our personal awareness and connection to our inner guidance. The intensity of the Fire Horse year challenges us to face what has been ignored or left unresolved, while also offering the courage and momentum to create meaningful change. By tuning into our emotions, our body’s signals, and our intuitive wisdom, we can navigate the highs and lows with grace, rather than reacting from fear or exhaustion. This is a year to honour your personal boundaries, cultivate resilience, and trust in the process of transformation.

For those willing to embrace this energy consciously, 2026 is also a year of breakthroughs, inspiration, and accelerated growth. Opportunities that may have felt out of reach in previous years can now appear, but they will require clarity, commitment, and mindful action. Whether it’s in your career, relationships, health, or spiritual practice, the Fire Horse energy encourages bold, aligned decisions that propel you forward. Remember: even in moments of challenge, the lessons you learn now can create lasting strength, inner balance, and a profound sense of empowerment that will carry you through the years to come.

Here’s to another year of increasing Health, Vitality and Wellbeing, Consciousness, Nervous System Regulation, Light, Truth, and Divine Alignment xx

Saying Goodbye to 2025

Happy New Year 2026!

2025! Wishing you a beautiful New Year! 2025 – A year of the Inner Journey – Reflection, Integration & Wholeness. Who do we wish to become? What will we leave behind in 2025? What will we take with us in 2026? How will we show up in 2026? As the inner journey took us into a REVEAL of what lies within, so too did 2025 reveal to us what is going on outside and how it’s a reflection of what’s happening on the inside. 2026 Challenge

Would you be willing to Prioritise Yourself in 2026?

Self Care as a Compass

Let self-care be your guiding compass throughout 2026. Here are some self-care practices to consider:

1. Gratitude

Start or end your day by focussing on 3 things you’re grateful for. Cultivating gratitude in the morning can shift your perspective, bring you into the present moment and reduce stress. I personally wrote a gratitude journal for many years. I found that when I stopped writing what I felt grateful for and began FEELING what I was grateful for, things shifted in major ways for me and more wonderful surprises and little miracles and magic showed up in my life. Synchronicities grew and life in general became full of joy and surprises…

2. Make time to be Still Each Day

Establish time in your day to practice being still. Even if you start with 5 Minutes a day. Being Still signals your mind & body that you are safe. This helps regulate your Nervous System. I personally have a practice of 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour before sleep at night. I have had this practice for 30 years. I developed it as a young single Mum after my divorce. It helped me stay calm through the challenges of my day and helped me sleep at night. People today comment on how just being around me helps them feel calm… this comes from inner stillness – it’s an art I highly recommend for your Nervous System

3. Set Boundaries

Establish boundaries to protect your time and energy. Communicate your needs kindly but firmly, ensuring you have moments of solitude and self-reflection. No self reflection = No Growth

4. Mindful Breathing – Set aside some time

When you feel overwhelmed, take a moment to breathe deeply. Inhale slowly for a count of four, hold for four, and exhale for four. Repeat several times. This simple practice can bring instant calm. Or develop a time in the day that works for you to set aside to breathe and be still with your body. I prefer first thing in the morning and last thing before sleep.

5. Mindful Eating – Gratitude practice before chowing down

When we pause to give thanks for our food, we honour it’s role in the health and energy giving potential of our body. I personally like to bless the hands that prepared the food for me as well (if that should be the case where I am dining out or someone has lovingly prepared a meal for me, a friend or family member.. Enjoy your meals with Present Moment Awareness. Savour each bite, and be present in the experience. This can lead to mindful eating, greater enjoyment, more satisfaction and less overeating.

6. Prioritise Sleep

If we’re well-rested we’re better equipped to handle the expectations of the New Year ahead. Prioritising getting enough sleep, self-care and rest is important in this Yang period of the Year of the Firehorse. Our body repairs, restores and heals while we sleep.
