Since I was a child, I could feel what was happening “inside” people (Medical Intuitive). I could sense things before they happened, I would dream things & they would come true and I was sensitive to energy. It wasn’t until I became a Registered Nurse that I realised I could help people with physical mental & emotional pain & trauma trapped in their bodies.
Patients felt calm around me.
How I became a Holistic Health Practitioner
Losing my Mum when she was just 60 to a blood clot side effect of a Pharmaceutical Drug and my own mental & physical illness of Clinical Depression & Fibromyalgia and Irritable Bowel Disorder set me on a path of research and discovery I never knew was possible. Now with the combination of my knowledge of Diet, Exercise, a Regulated Nervous System, Energy Medicine which I first studied in 1991 and my Medical Intuitive; Psychic, Sentient capacity, I help people awaken their body’s ability to heal itself.
Hospital trained Registered Nurse graduated 1985 & Registered Psychiatric Nurse graduated 1988, specialising in ICU (Ventilator Specialist), Coronary Care, Palliative Care in the Community (Cancer, End of Life Care).
Certified Usui Lineage Reiki Practitioner Level I 1991, Level II 1992. Certified Access Bars Practitioner 2018. Certified Body Process Practitioner 2018. Certified Meditation Teacher 1988. Certified Breathwork Teacher 2020. Certified Theta Healing Practitioner 2019. Certified Massage Therapist 1985 & again in 2018 & 2019 (various styles including Kahuna, Hot Stone & Indian Head Massage).
